BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR MOTOR BOATS CHARTER

By the clients' request we offer an option. If the client does not confirm this option within a week, it is canceled automatically. A pre-option is a fixed booking, when the client sends us by email or fax the signed contract. By confirmation of the booking 50% of the total amount is requested as a deposit.

At the day of the delivery of the boat the client pays the remaining 50% of the amount, plus all eventual extra costs. Moreover the client provides the security written in the contract, which will be given back to him after the inspection of the boats' condition and its equipment.

The client pays additionally all extras and hired crew-members. The following is included in the price: taxes, insurance of the boat and the occupants, bedclothes and the standard equipment described in detail in our lists. The price does not include: cost for fuel, gas and moorings and food.

The final cleaning is not included in the price and the customer will be charged according to our price list. The boats are delivered with full fuel tanks and must be returned in same conditions or pay the difference.

All the pays including the deposit made in our base must be in cash or credit card. At least one member of the crew has to hold a license, valid for the size of the boat and acknowledge by the competent authorities. Otherwise the service of a professional skipper has to be used by the client.

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR SAILING BOATS CHARTER

Our clients hire the sailing boats at Saturdays between 12 a.m. and 17 p.m. By the clients' request they can spend the night from Friday to Saturday at the boat. But the client must leave the boat at 8 a.m. for the cleaning.
