Caring for Cala Egos during the winter months<\/h2>\r\n \r\n\r\nAfter winter storms, the sea often brings plastic and debris to shore. While many of these residues seem small, their impact can be long-lasting if they return to the water and break down into microplastics.\r\n\r\nFor this reason, we regularly dedicate time to cleaning Cala Egos, removing plastics and waste that have been washed ashore. It is not a large-scale operation. It is simply a conscious and consistent effort to prevent these materials from re-entering the sea.\r\n\r\nMicroplastics are one of the greatest threats to marine life. Preventing waste from returning to the water is a simple but meaningful way to protect the ecosystem that surrounds Mallorca.\r\n\r\n \r\n

It is a natural extension of how we understand boating.\r\n\r\nOperating in such a privileged environment carries responsibility.
